If you’re keen to explore Bhutan’s traditional landscapes, take a journey through the heart of Bhutan to its famous ancient Trongsa Tshechu Festival, a festival deeply rooted in the country’s rich cultural heritage. Explore the cultural sites of Thimphu, Punakha, Trongsa, Gangtey and Paro while enjoying traditional festivals and breathtaking natural beauty.

Venue: Trongsa, Bhutan
Day 1: Arrival in Paro International Airport
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by your guide and driver from Amedewa Tours And Trek.
Transfer to Thimphu with a visit to the iron bridge en route.
Visit Tashichhodzong.
Check-in at a minimum 3-star hotel or resort in Thimphu.
Day 2: Thimphu Cultural Sightseeing
Explore Buddha Dordenma, National Memorial Chorten, Simply Bhutan Museum, Bhutan Postal Museum, and Motithang Takin Preserve.
Visit the Traditional Paper Making Factory.
Overnight at a minimum 3-star hotel or resort in Thimphu.
Day 3: Drive to Punakha
En route, stop at the 108 Druk Wangyel Chortens at Dochula Pass.
Explore Punakha Dzong and the Suspension Bridge.
Stay overnight at a minimum 3-star hotel or resort in Punakha.
Day 4: Punakha to Trongsa
Hike to Khamsum Yuelly Namgyal Chorten.
Drive to Trongsa and explore the town.
Check-in at a minimum 3-star hotel or resort in Trongsa.
Day 5-6: Trongsa Tshechu Festival
Experience the Trongsa Tshechu Festival, immersing yourself in the unique culture and traditions.
Excursion to Kuenga Rabten and visit Ta Dzong.
Stay overnight at a minimum 3-star hotel or resort in Trongsa.
Day 7: Trongsa to Gangtey
Visit Gangtey Goenpa and enjoy leisure time at the hotel or resort.
Stay overnight at a minimum 3-star hotel or resort in Phobjikha.
Day 8: Gangtey to Paro
Drive to Paro valley and explore handicraft shops.
Check-in at a minimum 3-star hotel or resort in Paro.
Day 9: Paro Sightseeing
Visit Chelela Pass, Paro Rinpung Dzong, Kichu Lhakhang, and the National Museum.
Stay overnight at a minimum 3-star hotel or resort in Paro.
Day 10: Paro Tiger’s Nest

Embark on a hike to Tiger’s Nest in Paro.
Enjoy a hot stone bath.
Stay overnight at a minimum 3-star hotel or resort in Paro.
Day 11: Outbound Journey
Bid farewell as you’re transferred to Paro airport for your departure.
