We had a great one week stay in Bhutan and everything was perfect! Bhutan Luxury Tours and particularly Jainendra our contact person, were extremely proactive and efficient in the organisation of the whole trip. We were very warmly received by the guide and the car driver at our arrival and they were both such wonderful people, so kind and helpful! The hotels though over-priced were quite good; the only one that was a bit disappointing was “Dhensa Suite” in Punakha because of a water pipe noise issue in many of their rooms which was very disturbing at night in an otherwise very quiet and peaceful environment! Also their Spa was not functional and is not a very good installation. Anyway, all in all it was an amazing trip in an amazing country and we loved every minute of it and would love to go back again sometime soon!
