The whole experience was seamless from the beginning to the end.
The agency took care of all our bookings, flights, tours, visa. Once we landed in Bhutan, the guide and the driver were there to meet us. Both were friendly and knowledgeable. They took care of everything and were constantly attentive. They also knew when to give us down time when we needed.
