Bhutan luxury tours were a contracting agency with windhorse tour and travel as an on ground agency. Everything was super smooth. People were very helpful. Got e-permit and all much before travel so no hassle. Guide Jigme and driver Ngwang were too good and awesome. Never been with such awesome people. Highly recommended.
